This is a photo library of projects that are currently being carried out by my team and as yet are incomplete. In some cases renovations may have finished, but the landscaping has not yet been finished, while others will be updated as they finish.
Project: Browns Rd, Merivale
An example of a villa that needed alot of TLC. The aspect leant itself to an extension, matching the existing, giving north facing open plan living/dining/kitchen, with timber floors, exposed rafters, and ducted heating throughout.
Two new bathrooms, new roof and spouting, new paint job, landscaping, and still room to practice their short game.
An extensive landscaping project is underway, which will enhance this property even further.

Feature: Open Plan Living/Dining/Kitchen
Project: Weston Rd, Merivale
Currently under construction, this Kerry Mason designed extension will mix contemporary flat roof and parapets with character weatherboards and T & G soffits. A north aspect enhanced by the seven metre wide sliding doors through onto bamboo flooring and waterfall stone bench. Looking forward to the after shots!

Project: Westholme Street, Bryndwr
A simple gable-end extension to this classic Californian Bungalow to give master bedroom, ensuite, walk through robes, and office space come workstation. Sliding doors to maximise the late sun, and oversized joinery to give a more contemporary look and feel.
The deck and landscaping will further enhance this property.
